I am Assistant Professor of International Studies at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in Suzhou, China.
My research focuses on the comparative and international political economy of China and global capitalism. In both, I seek to unearth relationships of accumulation, distribution, crises, and power.
I have taught a broad range of courses concerned with political and economic issues in East Asia. At XJTLU, I teach Research Methods for International Relations and an MA module on Global Transformations and Crises.
